Party Planning: Neon Polka Dotted Favors

Favors wrapped in waxed kraft paper, covered in neon polka dots, and tied-off with twine are perfectly on trend and add a fun touch with a hint of whimsicality to any event.

DIY wrapping paper: kraft paper and neon dot stickers

You will need:

Small chocolate bars (or something similar in size)
Waxed kraft paper
Neon round stickers
Double stick tape
Twine

How to:

Cut a piece of kraft paper to fit the chocolate bar. Cover with stickers in one color. Don't worry about making them even. They look best, just organically placed.
Wrap the chocolate bar in the paper and secure with double-stick tape if needed.
Wrap with twine.

DIY: Hanging Flowered Bottles

I found this charming decor idea from laurenconrad.com: hanging glass bottles filled with flowers. These would look lovely for party decor, or even for the home, hanging in the kitchen or bedroom.

Pinned Image

Materials:

Twine
Vintage glass bottles
Fresh cut flowers
Scissors

Instructions:

1. Measure and cut twine according to the height of the area you will be hanging the bottles from. Hanging them at eye level is most effective, but make sure to leave about 8 inches of extra slack at the end for tying.
2. Tie one end of the twine onto the bottle neck.
3. Fill bottle with desired amount of water.
4. Cut and place your flower into the bottle. I love the look of different types of flowers but keeping them the same color.
5. Hang the flowered bottles from a sturdy base.

Voila!
